      R-Bar and Grill, a locally owned and operated restaurant, offers a laidback atmosphere in the heart of the Historic Main Street district. Specializing in Texas Ranch Style food, with a New Mexican flare it’s no wonder that the locals call the chef “Mama”.  Our pulled pork, beef fajita and chicken are smoked in house and all food is prepared fresh to order, without trans fats, using our original recipes.  We fry tortilla chips daily, to accompany our homemade salsa ranchero, pico de gallo and jalapeno jack queso.
